Seek 1st Foundation is a 501c registered non-profit organization, established in 2024, based out of Virginia. We exist to raise donation awareness and generate funds for ice hockey scholarships to support all youth that have a desire, but need financial assistance to participate in a truly extraordinary sport. This mission helps to ensure our youth stay active, healthy, strong, and successful with life lessons such as discipline, hard work and respect.
In addition to providing scholarships, the foundation will raise money, recruit players, host fundraiser tournaments, and leverage sponsorship support for volunteer hockey players via our very own internal team called “KINGS”, to play with highly skilled coaching for free or at a minimal cost. Our vision sees a community where every young athlete has the opportunity to excel, regardless of financial barriers, fostering the development of skilled, focused, and resilient leaders both on and off the ice.
The foundation provides scholarships and financial assistance to youth hockey players who face financial constraints. This support ensures that talented players have the opportunity to participate in hockey regardless of their financial situation.
The Seek 1st Foundation focuses on building strong, focused, and skilled hockey players. It offers programs for all levels of play, from introductory beginners to advanced upper-level players, helping them to train, compete and enhance their skills.
The foundation supports its mission by partnering with local hockey clubs, hosting tournaments, and providing sponsorship support, the foundation fosters a sense of community and encourages local involvement in youth hockey development.

Founder of the Seek 1st Foundation, brings over 30 years of experience in sports to the organization. His journey in the sports world has been marked by a deep passion for coaching and mentoring young athletes. As a youth hockey coach, Craig has dedicated countless hours to helping players develop their skills, build confidence, and grow as individuals.
His commitment to youth development goes far beyond just athletic training. Craig strongly believes in the transformative power of sports to shape character and instill values such as teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. His coaching philosophy emphasizes not only skill development but also the importance of sportsmanship and personal growth.
